This is a really dumb post. Ensemble programming is an agile approach that grew out of XP which was the core of agile when it started. Standups, sprint planning and retrospectives are part of Scrum which is one of many agile approaches and not one thats mandatory. If Scrum were a type of apple then Agile would be the category of fruits and vegetables.
