What do you think quiet quitting is? As I understand it from watching the original TikTok videos quiet quitting means quitting unpaid overtime. Not taking work calls outside work hours. Not doing emails and other work in the evenings or weekends. Its a rejection of hustle culture. Whats wrong with that? Especially if your managers are not delivering on their promises of advancement, opportunities and respect.
