Yes, Scrum only talks about the team. It ignores individuals and their interactions. All development team members are the same. Individuals are treated as interchangeable ciphers. There is no individual anything in Scrum. Philosophically Scrum is an implementation of worker collective ideology. This seems at odds with Agile's desire to focus on individuals and their interactions.
